Coffee Break with Interact, Interrupting

We've all done it. Before someone can finish their statement, we jump in. Before someone can finish asking their question, we blurt out the answer. The problem occurs when this sort of thing becomes a habit. One of the top reported complaints in interpersonal communication is being interrupted. It makes us feel frustrated and discounted. This week, try being more intentional about letting people finish their thoughts. You will gain more trust and influence when you stop interrupting.
